Ensure that:
- The Fin app has access to bluetooth and your camera. Settings for this are commonly found in the “privacy” section of your general phone section.
- You have good cellphone service.
- You are at the Fin bike rack you initially rented from!
Restart your Fin app and try again. This step solves most problems.
- For iPhone, open the App Switcher, swipe to find the app, then swipe up on the app. To reopen the app, go to the Home Screen, then tap the app.
- For Android, Swipe up from the bottom, hold, then let go. Swipe up on the app. To reopen the app, go to the Home Screen, then tap the app.
