If you have trouble ending your ride it is very important to re-lock your vehicle to a Fin rack before leaving the area. Please follow these steps first before preforming a manual lock procedure These steps will allow you to lock the vehicle manually without the support of your phone. Please note that while in a ride, the vehicle is still your responsibility.
- Place your Fin bike to a designated Fin rack.
- Locate the ring lock on the rear wheel of the bicycle.
- Press the black button on the opposite side of the lock from the silver lever. Wait to hear a subtle click.
- Push down on the silver lever to lock ring lock and insert chain.
- Please take a picture(s) of the bike on your phone and make sure to include the QR code in the photo. During this time it will appear that the clock is still running on your rental and will be manually adjusted by one of our support team members.
