End the ride in the app.
When prompted take a photo of the bike.
Share photo.
Close the ring lock.
Without the cable inserted press down on the silver lever closing the ring lock and locking the rear wheel. Check to make sure the ring lock doesn’t hit a spoke.
If the lock will not close, please make sure that the cable is not inserted!
Only after the ring lock is fully closed, insert the cable to secure the bike to the rack.
