If you encounter any issues with Fin equipment that could affect your safety or ability to complete your ride, please let us know by doing the following:
Go to the Help menu in the app or submit a request to let us know you experienced an issue with the vehicle. We will dispatch our team to retrieve and repair the equipment.
If you are already riding the vehicle, please stop riding it immediately. Make sure you end your ride in the app and locate another vehicle to use instead.
